Good Thursday

Some of you may know my friends Adam and Kim. One thing that they do well is think about things and word them so that I completely agree. This happened today when they informed me that they are celebrating Good Thursday today. Not because of the beginning of March Madness, which I love, but because of the atoning sacrifice of the Savior. They then discussed how politically incorrect it is to say "Christmas" but the world doesn't seem to have a problem saying "Easter." Somehow to celebrate His birth is considered offensive, but to celebrate his death and resurrection is ok. Easter is just bunny rabbits and eggs, but Christmas can't be just Santa.

It just made me think. I have to agree, today is definitely a Good Thursday to me.

Well...

Actually, there will rarely be a moral to the story, and you don't really say our last name that way. It is pronounced more like "More Ell." But, I wanted a catchy name to this blog, and that is the best I could come up with. It was that or A & W: more than just rootbeer. I know, pretty sad.

To get things started...Will and I have been married for a little over a year and are living somewhere around Denver. I mean, I'm not too afraid of boogeymen, but we've got to take a little bit of caution, right?

I work for a 401(k) company, doing lots of excel spreadsheets. Will works for a defense company, doing something. He says it's proposals, but I have more fun thinking he's a spy! I like pretending. I always have. That's what we do when we're at work. When we're home, we play video games and board games and sometimes watch movies.

That's us in a nutshell. I'll try to come around and post every so often, but I'm making no promises. I tend to fall short on ones like that.
